Vibration Analysis
We use Full Spectrum Vibration analysis equipment and Acoustic Emisson technologies to pinpoint mechanical defects at various stages of development in order that action can be taken to avoid unplanned plant failures and consequential losses.
Thermographic inspections
These are carried out with the use of high resolution FLIR Infrared cameras to identify electrical (and some mechanical) defects and enable corrective actions to be taken before failure occurs.
Oil Analysis
Oil samples are obtained from critical assets which are tested for oil condition, contaminants and indication of wear. Maintenance decisions can then be made to prevent machine failure due to worn out components
Air Leak Detection
Surveys are carried out using ultrasonic detectors to pinpoint the source of leaks then we quantify each leak in terms of leakage rate (CFM) and monetary loss (£/Annum).
